Bernard Shear Opticians Warranty
Firstly whenever a frame requires repair its imperative no super adhesives are used because it voids the warranty. Eyewear warranty covers manufacturer defects such as but not limited to paint chipping or broken spring hinge. However please DO NOT HESITATE to contact us so we can offer all options for repair even after a year. Also, it should be noted all warranties start on the day of order along with doctor changes covered one time within 60 days but a second doctors change covers 50% of lens cost.
IN STORE RETURNS
Items purchased at Bernard Shear Opticians located at 1777 Reisterstown Road Suite 100 Pikesville, Maryland may be returned. First there must be no signs of wear. Second it must be within 7 business days for store credit or return for purchase price minus 20% restocking fee. Lastly, original receipt must be present.
Most importantly if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your prescription eyeglasses (frames and lenses) you may return them for a refund minus a 50% restocking fee within 60 days of the date your eyeglasses were purchased.
